Some Eating Guidelines

    ♦ Wake up hungry. If one wakes up after sleeping for 7-9 hours and is not hungry in the morning, then they overate the night before. Overeating at night is the worst time to eat because your metabolism shuts down. on a scale of 1-10, 10 being your max metabolism rate, your night-time rate is at 1. Think about it some more… Could you go 8 hours during the day and not get really hungry? I can barely go 4 hours without a craving.

    ♦ Eat fresh foods. If comes in a package with advertising or requires a microwave, don’t eat it. Fresh fruits, fresh veggies, meats, grains. That’s where it’s at.
