Salad Dressing

Taste the salad, not the salad dressing. If you can’t taste the different flavors of different veggies, much less taste them at all, then your taste buds (chemical reactions in your brain) have been destroyed by high fructose corn syrup.

In the end, this means you should eat less salad dressing. Actually, the best thing for your health and flavor is simply vinegar (red wine or balsamic), olive oil and pepper.
